Cameras

I'm going to be buying a new camera! I have narrowed it down to these three options. I still need to go to a store to test them out to see which one I like the best! I have a canon right now and I love it, but I have heard and seen good things about/from Nikons too. All three are pretty similar each with 12 or 14 megapixels and 10x-15x optical zoom which is VERY VERY good! The best part...they are all under $300!!!! The Olympus has 30x zoom though and 12 megapixels!

I Thought I was on BREAK

Last week I worked 40 hours!!! It was tiring but completely worth it. This week I am working every single day, which means another 40 hour week. I am thankful, however, that I still get to make it to meeting. That's what I LOVE about this job I can work as little or as much as I want. I can take time off for convention or vacations whenever I want and then work like crazy for 3 or 4 weeks on a break to make up for it!.In 19 days I will be leaving for Oregon just for four days. I CAN NOT wait!

Whew!

I officially started my new nanny job. I am on call which means the agency will call me with at least four hours notice for jobs. I've also been watching these little kids that a family I already babysat for knows. They're pre school is on the same schedule as UNLV so they have a 5 week Christmas break, so I'm babysitting them 2 to 3 times a week from 8 to 5, until break is over. Monday and Tuesday I worked 13 hours each and I worked 8 today. I have been so busy, I though it was a break! I'm busier now than I was during school. Tomorrow I'm making fudge, almond roca and peanut brittle! I've helped my grandma make candy before but I've never made it myself so I'm pretty stoked. I've got all my Christmas shopping done, just nothing wrapped. I can't until Saturday!!!

What I'm looking forward to

In 29 days I will be going up to Oregon for a few days and I get to go snowboarding with my friends! I can't wait! I'm so so so excited! I'm also going to build a snow man haha. I'm just glad to experience a REAL winter for a few days and to spend time with good friends :)
