I don't understand

   Yesterday I found out that my favorite science teacher in middle school was murdered by her drunk husband. I was almost ok with Hillary being gone, then this happened and it sent me spiraling down again. Why do people do things like this?! I didn't fall asleep until 4:30 am last night, then woke up at 8 am. I kept thinking about it and it scared me, and it made me angry and sad. I just don't get it...
